As tea with long history, Lungching is most famous China green tea and well accepted by people around the world. It grows in areas around West Lake(Chinese Xihu) in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province.For moisture and good earth conditions, Xihu Lungching has crazy taste and flavor. Its shape is flat and its soup color is greenish and clear. It tastes light with sweet.

Real Lungching tea is processed by hand. There are about 6 procedures to make Lungching. First is picking fresh Lungching tea leaves. Second is lay fresh tea leaves open indoor. Third is to remove the water in tea leaves in hot pan about 12-15 minutes. Fourth is regain the moisture in nature condition about 40 to 60 minutes. Fifth is to reshape the tea leaves into flat shape. Sixth is to sort the tea leaves and get rid of tea leave pieces.

Oolong tea is half oxidized tea between green tea and black tea. Most of Oolong tea is from Fujian provice, the South-east of China. There are many varietis in Oolong, such as Tie Kuanyin, Da Hong Pao(Big red robe),Huang Jingui, Benshan.

There are about 6 procedures to make Oolong tea. First is picking fresh Oolong tea leaves by cutter. Second is wither the fresh tea leaves by nature or by people. Third is to make green in machine. In this procedure, machine will damage tea leaves’ cell and oxidize it. Fourth is to remove the water and control the depth of oxdization. Fifth is to roll the soft tea leaves into round shape. Sixth is to dry the shaped tea leaves.

Puer tea is from Yunan province the south-west of China.There are two kinds of Puer tea tres, one is thrub same as most of China tea, and the other is arbor.
