Dancong(Enlish name single bush tea leaves)as China Oolong tea is from Chaozhou city of Guangdong province, south of China. It is one of two Oolong origins in China. Dancong means single fir needle and this oolong tea is made of tea branch with different tea leaves. They are classified into different grades according to different material tea leaves. The top grade is very young tea leaves with light yellow. The lower grade is made of old tea leaves and dry tea is are dark. According to different fermentation time, Dancong has different flavor, such as peach, orchid and Ginger flavor.
